Once when I was alone, I went for a walk in the woods. The sun was low and its fading rays filtered through the canopy. As I walked alone, I found myself being lifted up into the air. The ground slowly gave way and my feet dangled in thin air. A slight breeze stirred my body as I rose up through the clouds. There I was met by a man, sitting on a cloud.
“Why are you alive?” He asked. “Shouldn’t you know that?” I asked him. He looked at me with twinkling eyes, A wise smile on his weathered lip

My feet have carried me to many places, My eyes watch all the passing faces,
Still my heart looks for a girl, With compassion and grace, For my arms to embrace,
Sadly enough, she continues to remain Elusive, So out of touch with my feelings, my perception becomes Inconclusive,
I know she is out there, Only in time, will I know where,
Sometimes, Believing in destiny, Seems to get the best of me.
